The Verve Update - Two Sets Of Dates Announced
As promised, MCT have more news about the return of those cuddly Northern jokers (oh okay then… swarthy slightly depressive Wiganers) The Verve. Back in June they announced that they’d be reuniting for a comeback album and a tour of small venues next month.
As those tickets went within minutes, (though, it should be pointed out, not within 38 seconds like The Spice Girls) Richard Ashcroft and co have announced a second wedge of bigger arena dates at the end of this year to keep the fans happy, say Digital Spy.
The first show will be The Dome, or rather London’s O2 Arena, on December 13th. Then they’ll visit Belfast, Manchester and Glasgow. Tickets for the new shows go on sale tomorrow morning at 10am via their official website, where you can register now (nudge nudge, wink wink) for a password to access priority tickets.
