Pop Heaven: “You Know Me Better” - Roisin Murphy
Roisin Murphy is probably one of the most intriguingly stylish women releasing records these days. She loves a bit of dress-up, so she does. Her growing “gay icon” status is quite possibly related to this fact.
We’ve featured her doing her new single “You Know Me Better” live in Covent Garden already, but in the video she’s been at the dressing-up box again, veering from curtain-twitching 60s housewife to 80s dinner party vamp. Then she has a bit of a dance in the lounge and trashes a bedroom. Lovely.
