lovebox Lovebox Weekend to boast Blondie, B52s and moreThe brainchild of Groove Armada, Lovebox spent its first two years on London’s Clapham Common before moving north of the river for 2005 and expanding into a two day event - to resounding success.
Boasting seven stages, the two-day festival has some big names gracing the stages. Attendees will get the chance to see Blondie, The B52s, SFA, Andy Votel, Toots and the Maytals, Don Letts and James Yorkston… not to mention a load more - click here for the line-up.
Expect the twisted cabaret of Lost Vagueness to return, as well as a plethora of diverting side attractions. Organisers are aiming to turn Lovebox into a ’small-scale urban Glastonbury’ but leave your tent at home because there’s no camping. There’s also no parking so use public transport (nearest tube Mile End). Each day runs from about 12pm - 10pm.
